Welcome to Jas Form Works, based in Medway, Kent, we provide all aspects of building work and have over 25 years experience.
Our building service is available for all domestic building work and repairs, and we specialise in extensions. Please look in our Portfolio section at examples of some of the different projects we have completed.
Each project is given our ultimate attention – we commit solely to you. We do not double book or start other projects until yours has been completed. We never compromise on quality and pride ourselves on our very high standard of finish.

We offer our

We supply specialist formwork carpenters and labourers, experts in permanent and temporary construction, to work on everything from traditional timber works to engineered and pre-fabricated formwork.
A fully scalable and effective workforce we have worked on many commercial and civil engineering projects including large infrastructure seaports, airports, bridges, shafts and tunnel projects.
Jas FormWorks are experts in concrete pours and screed services. We can handle the entire pour for your building project including the initial shuttering and steel fixing to the actual concrete pour and levelling off.
We have carried out diamond drilling and cutting work in every aspect of the UK construction market, including bridges, water treatment works, tunnels, hospitals, commerce, historic buildings and railway engineering.
We work with major highway agencies and local councils and have several on-going contracts for highway and road repairs across Kent and London. We repair everything from potholes to re-surfacing major motorways.
Demolition is the tearing-down of buildings and other structures. Demolition contrasts with deconstruction, which involves taking a building apart while carefully preserving valuable elements for re-use.
We can take care of all your brickwork requirements from small garden walls to large houses and hard landscaping. Priding ourselves on quality, professionalism and satisfied customers.
We have over 25 years experience in refurbing old properties and building new homes. We are fully competent to manage the entire project from getting your building plans passed to a finished project.
